She has acted in Hollywood blockbusters such as Moulin Rouge and The Matrix - Reloaded, performed in hit sell-out musicals Rent and Little Shop of Horrors, and had featuring roles in TV shows The Alice and Outland. She has been central to a number many memorable historic moments, including performing My Island Home at the Sydney 2000 Olympics Closing Ceremony.
