Land Information Certificate
Information required
When applying for a Land Information Certificate, please provide the following property details:
- Lot and subdivision numbers
- Street number and street name
- Volume and Folio numbers from the title
- Current owner's name and address
- Your name and address
Providing these details will help us ensure that the correct information is supplied for the property.

A fee of $31.40 applies for a standard certificate. Please also complete and return the Credit Card Authorisation Form(PDF, 157KB).
To request priority processing, a fee of $103.80 applies.
