Berrybank Wind Farm Grant Program

The Berrybank Wind Farm Grant program provides financial assistance to local community groups operating in the Corangamite Shire to deliver beneficial community projects within 75km of the Berrybank Wind Farm.

The grants offer up to $25,000 for projects that aim to provide beneficial environmental, economic, social or cultural outcomes to Corangamite communities.

These grants can include community, environment, facilities, events or other beneficial projects. Applicants may apply for annual funding over two consecutive years to fund a larger project.

Important Information:

• Funding is available to community groups in Corangamite Shire acting on behalf of their community. Applications are accepted from Incorporated, not-for-profit organisations.
• Funding of up to $10,000 for projects to be completed and acquitted by May 31 the following year.
• Up to $25,000 for larger scale projects.
• Funding that is being sought as leverage for additional funding may be acquitted up to three (3) years after being awarded.
• Funding is available to projects located based in Corangamite Shire or that significantly benefit Corangamite residents, and within 75 kilometres of the Berrybank Wind Farm.
