As part of Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week, Lisa Curry will draw on a lifetime of experiences, to motivate and inspire attendees from all walks of life and ages, to live life with optimum wellbeing, passion, commitment and drive.
This year’s theme, ‘Say Yes to You’, encourages all women to check in, speak up, and put their wellbeing first.
With a unique and powerful message about personal success, overcoming obstacles, discipline, determination, regaining your health, and getting the best out of people, Lisa’s message is relevant to all members of the community.
Resources and information will also be available from a variety of organisations that support women’s health and wellbeing.
Attendees will also receive a free morning tea and gift bag.
