The 2024 South West Writing Competition, in conjunction with the Warrnambool Storytelling Festival, is now accepting entries from local writers on the theme of:
'crossroads' Registration opens: June 1, 2024
Closing date for entries: August 15, 2024
CATEGORIES: Writing will be accepted in one of three categories:
All prize-winning entries and a selected shortlist of works will also be published in a Southwest Short Story anthology book.
Entry is restricted to new and emerging writers living in the shires of Warrnambool, Moyne and Corangamite only.
Your entry should be:
One entry per person
Original, not previously published, and written and carefully edited
Typed in in English in 12-point sized font, 1.5 spaced using Times New Roman, Arial or Calibri (or a similar plain font) with wide margins
Submitted as a PDF or Word document
