Make some time for you to nourish yourself this winter by joining us for our Winter Reset meditation series.

Camperdown & District Community House is running our Winter Reset series again this year. Two sessions available. Supported and sponsored by Cobden & Camperdown Community Bank.

Camperdown's Angela Preiss will lead us in sound bath meditations.

The sounds produced by sound bowls are thought to help focus the mind and deepen meditation. Singing bowls are also used in traditional healing practices, creating vibrations believed to restore balance and harmony within the body, mind, and spirit.

Sessions on 4 August and 18 August, 7.30pm at the Cobden Uniting Church Hall. $10 per person per session.
