NEW VENUE - SIMPSON AND DISTRICT PUBLIC HALL

Experience the thrill of Scott’s BMX Trick Bike Show, where breathtaking BMX stunts collide with the driving energy of a rock band, performed by musicians direct from Circus Oz.

This family-friendly spectacle fuses world-class athleticism, contemporary circus, physical comedy and foot-stomping live music into a joyous celebration of creativity, courage, and imagination.

At the centre is Scott Hone, world-renowned BMX flatland rider, circus artist and storyteller. He invites audiences into his personal journey from a kid with a bike and a big dream to a performer touring stages across Australia and beyond.

Along the way, Scott unleashes astonishing tricks: gliding forwards on the front wheel, riding backwards and upside-down, spinning, balancing and twirling in ways that seem impossible.

But this is far more than a BMX Trick show. It’s a heart-filled story about perseverance, resilience, and believing in yourself. About falling down, getting back up and discovering new paths through creativity and play.

The live band becomes part of the adventure, underscoring every triumph and tumble with a powerful soundtrack.

The show builds to an unforgettable, music-fuelled finale as Scott invites five audience members on stage to join him for a spectacular group bike moment. Six people riding together in a triumphant climax.

Kids will be wide-eyed, parents will be cheering, and everyone will leave smiling, inspired and dreaming of their next great adventure.

Scott’s BMX Trick Bike Show is a circus with heart, rock’n’roll spirit, and two wheels.

The event takes place on Thursday 16 April at the Simpson Hall, Barramul Street, with a 12 pm BBQ followed by a 1 pm showtime, offering a free community BMX trick show.

Tickets are free, but bookings are essential at https://events.humanitix.com/scotts-bmx-simpson.

Supported by Corangamite Shire, Creative Victoria and Regional Arts Victoria.
