Now in its second year, En Plein Air at Keayang Maar invites you to pause, observe and create — guided by local artist and teacher Merrian Dennis, and shaped by the changing seasons of the vineyard.

These monthly workshops are relaxed, welcoming and open to everyone. Bring your own materials or buy an artist pack. Come for the two-hour workshop only or stay for a shared picnic lunch that follows.

No experience required. No ongoing commitment. Just turn up and find your flow.

A Note on Weather
En Plein Air sessions are held outdoors, with access to covered areas when needed.

As anyone local knows, the weather in southwest Victoria can be unpredictable. We do our best to look after our guests with heaters, shade and flexible set-ups, but we recommend dressing for the conditions, layers, sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are always a good idea.

The changing light, air and atmosphere are part of what makes these sessions special.
