International Women’s Day is a very special day when women are celebrated for being just themselves. It is also the day when women are thanked for being an important part of everyone’s lives. Since the first gathering in 1911, supported by over a million people, International Women’s Day has grown to belong to all groups collectively everywhere. Come and be part of an historic activity, where we celebrate those who came before us, those who stand with us now, and those who will come after. Your ticket includes a fun-packed evening with liked-minded women; learnings from the amazing Wadawurrung woman, Bonnie Chew; a light supper of sweet treats (individual boxes) made by the incredible local business, Kittelty’s; and a goodie-bag of treasures from female owned and run businesses. Tea and coffee provided. BYO snacks and alcoholic drinks. Dress code: wear or bring something colourful.
