AlpacaFest Noorat returns on Saturday 4 July, bringing exhibitors, breeders and visitors together for a welcoming day centred on alpacas, rural life and community connection.
Held at the Noorat Recreation Reserve, at the base of Mt Noorat between Camperdown and Terang, the event offers a chance to see alpacas up close, connect with industry members and enjoy a friendly regional gathering. The 2026 program will be judged by Lee Sadler, with entries closing 27 June via eAlpaca.
Visitors are welcome to attend throughout the day, while exhibitors can deliver alpacas on Friday afternoon ahead of the event. Facilities include camping (by arrangement), public toilets and showers, and a fully enclosed shed for animal housing and security.
Food will be available on site, with lunch and coffee offered for purchase.
The event is convened by Warren Attrill and supported by the Australian Alpaca Association alongside local sponsors including Terang Co‑op and Wazza’s Timber Wholesale.
