Council has a positive duty to eliminate sexual harassment and victimisation in the workplace, and is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace, free from all forms of harassment.
The policy outlines everyone’s legal responsibility to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace, and to ensure that people have redress against sexual harassment or victimisation against them.
