Rates and Charges Collection & Hardship Policy

The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework for the efficient and effective administration and collection of outstanding rates and charges (including Fire Services Property Levy) whilst treating all ratepayers respectfully, fairly and consistently, and to fulfil statutory requirements in relation to the collection of rates and charges.
