Complaints Handling Policy

This policy aims to provide a framework for a standardised approach to managing complaints with a view to continually improve Council services, whilst resolving issues in an effective, fair, respectful and professional manner. This policy also ensures data collecting throughout the process is used to improve services while fulfilling all requirements and clearly communicating escalation options.
