South West Reconciliation (SWR) is centered on Djagurd Wurrong County in South West Victoria. We are people who recognise that it always was, is and will be Djagurd Wurrong Country. Our practice of reconciliation is to restore our relationship with this Country and its first people to what it should always have been- respectful, caring and mutually enriching.
