Corangamite Shire Australia Day Community Awards

On 26 January each year, we publicly recognise the exceptional contributions, hard work and determination of people who make a positive difference within Corangamite Shire.

We have many champions in our Shire who do wonderful deeds in their community, who work quietly around our towns, drive kids to footy practice, deliver meals-on-wheels, perhaps volunteer with CFA or other community organisations or have just made a difference. The Australia Day Community Awards are an opportunity for these people and/or community organisations to be recognised for their contribution.

The 2027 ceremony will be at Camperdown's Theatre Royal on Tuesday 26 January 2027, honouring the Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year and the Community Event of the Year.
