Mental Health short course

The Conversations about Suicide course teaches participants (aged 18+) how to provide initial support to someone who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviours, until professional help is received or the crisis resolves.

Participants also learn how to encourage the person to seek professional help or other supports.

This course will be offered twice - once on the 17th and again on the 24th.
