Shipwreck Coast Swim Series

The swim series represents a major fund raiser shared equally between the clubs and contributes to their combined duty to patrol the South West’s beaches over summer and year round. Life Saving is a unique emergency service being run totally by volunteers, each club presents a social and strong knit community that warmly welcomes any new members. Registration is required for this years events.

The Skate Park Leagues are a series of amateur leagues, series & events held at skate parks across Australia. The competitions are community based grass-roots events focused on embracing skate park culture and bringing the community together.

All Abilities Tri - Warrnambool

Warrnambool Tri Club have included the All Abilities Tri as part of their Saputo Foreshore event on Sunday 7 February 2021.

This event is available to participants of all ages and abilities. The focus is participation, enjoyment and learning.

Virtual Gym - Terang Fitness

Terang Fitness are providing free workouts online on Facebook and Youtube. Let their inspirational fitness instructors motivate you over the next six weeks with pilates, strength sessions, yoga, and driveway diaries. Members of the gym can also access their Facebook group so they can stay connected.

From Afro Dance to a juggling challenge, the Get Active Victoria website provides workouts, challenges and tools to motivate and support Victorian families. There are workouts for all levels that range from 10 minutes to 30 minutes with little or no equipment needed. Participants can focus on strength, cardio, flexibility and other options.
