About the position
Corangamite Shire Council is seeking a Plant Operator (Truck Driver) to support the construction and maintenance of Council's road network and civil infrastructure facilities, and to operate a truck and other plant and equipment as directed.
About you
- Experience in the safe operation of plant and equipment; ideally semi-trailer operation involving tipping trucks, construction, maintenance, sealing and other associated civil works.
- Current Victorian Driver’s License with Heavy Combination Truck endorsement and mass management experience.
- Experience in driving a variety of Heavy Combination Vehicles including tippers and/or belly dumpers.
- Ability to perform manual work including lifting of weights in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety guidelines.
