General Local Law No 1

The objectives of this Local Law are to:
Provide for the peace, order and good governance of the municipality;
Regulate and control activities which may be dangerous, unsafe or
detrimental to the quality of life in the environment of the municipality;
Provide a safe and healthy environment in which the residents of the
municipality enjoy a quality of life that meets their expectations.
