The Corangamite Shire has received an application for a Planning Permit to develop an integrated tourism facility on Booringa Road in Princetown. The proposal includes extensive hot spring and spa facilities, a hotel and restaurant as well as accommodation ‘pods’. Approximately 1.5 km north of the 12 Apostles Visitor Information Centre the project has undergone significant research and development with bores successfully locating a source of hot spring water and the proposal maintaining a minimal environmental footprint on the land. The Permit Application can be viewed below and objections or submissions must be made before 20 November 2017.

A community consultation drop in session will be held at the Port Campbell Arts Space – 50 Lord Street Port Campbell on Friday 10 November 2017 between 11am and 6pm.
