12 Apostles Hot Springs & Resort Planning Permit Application
The Corangamite Shire has received an application for a Planning Permit to develop an integrated tourism facility on Booringa Road in Princetown. The proposal includes extensive hot spring and spa facilities, a hotel and restaurant as well as accommodation ‘pods’. Approximately 1.5 km north of the 12 Apostles Visitor Information Centre the project has undergone significant research and development with bores successfully locating a source of hot spring water and the proposal maintaining a minimal environmental footprint on the land.
