Development Plan (DPO4)

Blair Estate, McRae Street Port Campbell

Council has received a draft amended Development Plan to be considered under the Development Plan Overlay –Schedule 4 (DPO4) of the Corangamite Planning Scheme.

The subject land is located on McRae Street, east of the Port Campbell Recreation Reserve. The land is described as Lots 1, 2 and Roads on Plan of Subdivision LP221710A. 

The primary change proposed relates to the relocation of the site access from Pitcher Street to Hennessy Street. Copies of the documentation may be viewed by clicking the links below:

Please note the development plan is not a planning permit application. Under the provisions of the Development Plan Overlay, any future planning application must be generally in accordance with any endorsed Development Plan and will be exempt from notice and review. The final consideration of the Development Plan and any submission received will be made at a Council meeting after 15 March 2019.
