Young people in Corangamite Shire are encouraged to sign up for the story collection training that will be held in Camperdown on Monday 3 July.

This training is part of the We Know Your Name But Not Your Story project being run across the region to promote the age-old art of sharing stories and having a yarn.

Council’s Project Officer, Honor Rahles-Rahbula encouraged interested students between the ages of 12-25 to register for the training.

“The workshop on 3 July will teach attendees how to find, collect and make short videos using smartphones, start collecting stories from people in your community and meet new friends and mentors,” Ms Rahles-Rahbula said.

Buses will also be run on the day from the following towns:
