Youth Affairs Council of Victoria (YACVIC)

Youth Affairs Council Victoria are dedicated to the advocacy of young people in Victoria. They often have opportuntiies, some paid, for young people as well as surveys, facilitaator training and social groups. YACVIC has other branches such as YACVIC Rural, Koorie Youth Council and Youth Disability Advocacy Service.

Provided by South West Healthcare and is available 24 hours every day. Young people can access immediate phone counselling on 1800 808 284 as well as referrals to appropriate services and face-to-face support in their office at 64 Scott Street, Camperdown.


headspace Colac

Provides health and wellbeing support services and information to young people in the area aged 12-25 and to their family and friends. Face-to-face and telehealth appointments are available. You are welcome to email them a completed referral form, drop into the centre, or phone 5232 5520.

Let Them Know is an anonymous website where you can let your sexual partner know via a private message that can't be traced back to you that they have come in contact with someone who has an STD and that they need to be tested. The STD's available are Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, Mycoplasma genitalium, Syphilis and Trichomonas. *It is illegal to use this website in a malicious, untruthful way as a prank. Please only use it for its intended purpose as it is an amazing service.
